5. Certificates of Analysis

Each batch is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory. Certificates of Analysis are provided for reference and reflect testing of the specific lot identified on the report. Testing results speak only to the identity and purity of the material tested. We make no representation as to suitability for any particular research application.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truex Health LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truex Health LLC from any claim arising out of your misuse of any product, including any use in humans or animals.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
